Perfect payroll for your employees

For Premium and Enterprise clients the Employee Kiosk puts your employees' pay information at their fingertips; allowing them to securely use it at their convenience. As well as viewing their current payslips, they can view historical payslips, and tax YTD summary, apply for leave, record hours worked, and request changes to personal details.

We know that our Employee Kiosk reduces payroll questions from employees to their managers, employers, and HR, meaning less work for you and your payroll team.

What can your employees do via their Employee Kiosk?

Payslips
Employees can view their current and historical payslips. Their payslip also contains their year to date balances including taxable earnings, PAYG, leave and superannuation.

Timelogs
If Timelogs are enabled, the employees can record their start and finish times or enter total hours worked. By recording start and finish times, hours are automatically calculated. Employees can also enter time codes to match to activities as part of their hours worked. The employee submits Timelogs for approval to their manager. Once approved, the payroll manager accepts the hours for the appropriate pay run to be paid.

Tax YTD Summary
Employees can access their year to date Tax Summary for the current tax year, as well as their historical tax summaries for previous years.

Leave
Applying for leave is easy. Employees can check their current and projected leave balances before applying and add a reason as to why they have requested their leave if they choose. Employees can have full access to their own leave history. You can allow your employees the option to view the Leave Calendar, enabling them to see who is away on leave in their team. For privacy reasons it does not display the type of leave but simply that the person is away.

Profile
Employees can view and change their personal details, such as address, phone and email, which will update into the main payroll system. They can change their Employee Kiosk password and set up Two Factor Authentication on their Kiosk. There is also an option to turn on/off an email notifying them when they have been paid.
